Home Care

Weekly visits can be scheduled with us and we will give a quick response as soon as possible. Our visit includes a doctor visit( 1st visit only) nursing care, wound care, bath assistance*, basic medical supplies, physiotherapy and life style diseases follow up ( diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipedemia etc.)

 

Nursing Visits

Special visits can be scheduled in addition to basic package for nursing care alone, this includes basic nursing practices, wound care and basic follow up 

 

Specialist Services

On prior booking specialist consultation can be given at home on PAIN management, geriatric diseases and terminal illness management including palliative care.

Life style Diseases Management

Home based care and therapy to lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia. This includes regular visit and home based assessment of health parameters and relevant intervention with fitness schedule and drug therapy. In scenarios where investigations are needed, collection of blood samples and prompt updating with your regular physician/general practitioner will be done. 

 

Maternity Follow Up

Our specialist nursing team will set up a structured homecare module for expectant mothers which includes home visits, blood pressure monitoring, special parameter check in high risk pregnancies, appointment fixing and reminders. First baby follow up, early detection charts and baby-care training. We also work in collaboration with your regular gynecologist.

Adolescent Health and Counselling

Our Qualified child psychologists and Doctors will give structured counselling services and special care solutions to all Adolescence  related issues. We also cater for the behavioral disorders and rehabilitation programs for differently abled children

Institutional Care
